About the role

  • Monitor, plan, and distribute ATMs to regional inventories, ensuring established monthly activation targets are met;
  • Update and publish the department's performance indicators;
  • Prepare and distribute schedule tracking reports;
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients through participation in follow-up meetings;
  • Monitor planning carried out with execution teams to ensure expected deadlines and quality are met, preventing impacts to the schedule;
  • Ensure planning is carried out within the scheduled dates;
  • Formalize decisions and distribute meeting minutes via email;
  • Manage email correspondence;
  • Update demand records in Tecban systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (materials and transportation modules), WMS, and TMS; familiarity with quality tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in logistics, industrial maintenance, or production.
