About the role
- Analista II position focused on achieving performance indicators and optimizing logistics processes at Tecban. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Administration.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, plan, and distribute ATMs to regional inventories, ensuring established monthly activation targets are met;
- Update and publish the department's performance indicators;
- Prepare and distribute schedule tracking reports;
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients through participation in follow-up meetings;
- Monitor planning carried out with execution teams to ensure expected deadlines and quality are met, preventing impacts to the schedule;
- Ensure planning is carried out within the scheduled dates;
- Formalize decisions and distribute meeting minutes via email;
- Manage email correspondence;
- Update demand records in Tecban systems.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (materials and transportation modules), WMS, and TMS; familiarity with quality tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in logistics, industrial maintenance, or production.
