About the role

  • Commercial Advisor responsible for vehicle sales and client satisfaction at Team Colin. Engaging in proactive client relations and managing commercial objectives in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality reception and service
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department welcoming, pleasant, and attentive to customers
  • Prepare and issue price sheets in compliance with applicable legislation
  • Develop your customer base through prospecting activities
  • Maintain and follow up on customer relationships
  • Provide information and welcome customers
  • Achieve commercial objectives set while adhering to the company's charter
  • Supervise delivery documentation and processes
  • Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties...)
  • Participate in certain business events
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily activities

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive industry required
  • Strong sales experience
  • Ability to develop and refine your sales approach
  • Integrate and ensure quality in daily work
  • Take customers' requests and needs into account
  • Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organizational skills
