About the role

  • Conseiller Pièces de Rechange managing customer sales and stock at SV PRO in Juilly, France. Responsible for inventory management and providing technical advice to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Counter sales and advising private and professional customers
  • Management of store inventory
  • Receiving, storing, picking and shipping goods
  • Providing a professional welcome to customers and suppliers
  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs and guiding them
  • Providing appropriate technical advice
  • Preparing and explaining parts quotations
  • Managing invoices, purchase orders and delivery documents
  • Updating customer files and equipment records
  • Monitoring stock levels and participating in inventories
  • Monitoring supplier and product listings
  • Placing orders on the best possible financial terms
  • Keeping the storage area clean and organized
  • Restocking and maintaining promotional displays
  • Conducting remote sales operations

Requirements

  • Level 4 diploma (Baccalaureate) in commerce, sales or agricultural studies (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' experience (including work-study placements) in similar roles or in transferable positions
  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery
  • Proficiency in IT and office software
  • Counter sales and stock-handling techniques
