About the role

  • Commercial Developer at Amaelles tasked with acquiring new clients and enhancing partnerships in the medical-social field. Responsible for achieving sales objectives with a benevolent approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, persuade prospects, and develop business
  • Acquire new prospects
  • Build and engage a network of partners
  • Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets
  • Sell our home assistance, telecare and meal delivery services
  • Manage and retain your clients
  • Provide regular reporting to your manager

Requirements

  • You have a business development mindset
  • You know how to build and activate a partner network
  • You have initial experience in customer relations or business development
  • You hold a Bac+2 qualification (e.g., BTS SP3S in the medico-social sector) or a qualification in commerce/sales
  • You enjoy taking on challenges and working in the field
  • You are autonomous, organized, and comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders
