- Coordinate the launch of new products within your department
- Ensure the safety of goods and people within your department
- Propose and implement tools to inform customers
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures

Requirements
- Diploma in Naturopathy
- Thorough knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts, including their properties, risks, precautions for use, and applications in cosmetics
- Good knowledge of products for aromatic diffusion
- Passion for retail sales and customer advisory in a store environment
- Dynamic and versatile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation
