About the role
- Expert Nutritionist at Aroma-Zone advising customers on dietary supplements in Paris. Responsible for maintaining product displays and customer satisfaction in the boutique.
Responsibilities
- As a true Aroma-Zone ambassador, you will be responsible for the boutique’s “dietary supplements” department
- Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: dietary supplements and superfoods, their properties and precautions for use, etc.
- Organize personalized appointments with customers
- Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and DIY cosmetic formulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, support and overall well-being
- Coordinate new product launches in your department in collaboration with development teams: train advisors, stage and present new products, and implement merchandising on the shelf
- Ensure the safety of people and property in your department
- Propose and implement customer information materials and in-store activities
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Degree in dietetics, biological engineering, or a doctorate in nutrition
- Recognized expert in nutrition
- Passionate about retail sales and customer advisory in a boutique environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and precise, with an eye for quality workmanship
- High standards for cleanliness, organization and customer reception
- Full command of French; concise and clear spoken communication, plus a good level of spoken English
