About the role

  • Commercial advisor in automobile sales contributing to customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. Working collaboratively in a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by providing an excellent welcome and customer experience
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant environment that listens to customers
  • Ensure customer-facing documentation is adequately stocked and corresponds to the products offered
  • Produce price sheets in accordance with current legislation and ensure the final vehicle delivery is compliant
  • Develop your customer portfolio through prospecting activities
  • Manage and follow up customer relationships
  • Handle inquiries and welcome clients
  • Achieve assigned commercial objectives while respecting the company charter
  • Oversee vehicle delivery files
  • Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)
  • Participate in selected business events
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily activities

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive industry required
  • Strong commercial/sales background with a particular focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with computers (MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills
