About the role

  • Conseiller Commercial automobile réalisant des objectifs de vente mensuels au sein du Groupe Team Colin. Chargé de la satisfaction client et du développement de la clientèle.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through an excellent standard of welcome and service
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant environment that listens to customers
  • Ensure customer-facing documentation is stocked in sufficient quantities and accurately reflects the products offered
  • Produce price sheets in accordance with current legislation and ensure compliance at final vehicle delivery
  • Develop your customer portfolio through prospecting activities
  • Maintain and follow up on customer relationships
  • Achieve commercial objectives set in line with the company charter
  • Supervise delivery file preparation
  • Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive sector required
  • Strong sales background with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient with computers (MS Office)
  • Organized and methodical
