Responsibilities

- Je begeleidt klanten online bij vragen over Dagelijkse Bankzaken zoals bankpassen, creditcards en mobiel bankieren
- Je analyseert klantbehoeften en zorgt voor passende oplossingen of schakelt collega’s in
- Je draagt bij aan commerciële teamdoelen en signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in de dienstverlening en processen
Requirements
