Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent reception and service
- Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant, and customer-focused environment
- Ensure customer-facing documentation is sufficiently stocked and corresponds to the products sold
- Produce price sheets in accordance with current legislation and ensure compliance at final vehicle delivery
- Develop your customer base through prospecting activities
- Manage and follow up customer relationships
- Provide customer information and handle receptions
- Achieve commercial objectives set in compliance with the company charter
- Supervise delivery files
- Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)
- Participate in selected business events
- Support the Sales Manager in daily activities
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry required
- Strong commercial/sales background with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to develop and refine a commercial sales approach
- Integrate and maintain quality standards in daily work
- Understand and address customers' requests and needs
- Comfortable with IT tools (Office suite)
