About the role

  • Conseiller Commercial automobile responsable de la vente et satisfaction client chez Team Colin. Gérer la documentation, la prospection et appuyer le Chef de Vente dans ses actions.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent reception and service
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant, and customer-focused environment
  • Ensure customer-facing documentation is sufficiently stocked and corresponds to the products sold
  • Produce price sheets in accordance with current legislation and ensure compliance at final vehicle delivery
  • Develop your customer base through prospecting activities
  • Manage and follow up customer relationships
  • Provide customer information and handle receptions
  • Achieve commercial objectives set in compliance with the company charter
  • Supervise delivery files
  • Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)
  • Participate in selected business events
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily activities

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive industry required
  • Strong commercial/sales background with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to develop and refine a commercial sales approach
  • Integrate and maintain quality standards in daily work
  • Understand and address customers' requests and needs
  • Comfortable with IT tools (Office suite)
  • Good organizational skills
