Responsibilities
Strategic planning, execution and continuous development of our influencer marketing campaigns
Identifying, selecting and building long-term partnerships with suitable influencers & creators
Independently negotiating terms and managing contracts
Briefing, coordinating and supporting influencers throughout the entire campaign period
Analyzing, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, learnings)
Close collaboration with Social Media, Brand and Performance Marketing teams
Monitoring trends, platform updates and best practices in influencer marketing
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools and analytics tools
Strong sense for brands, target audiences and storytelling
Confident negotiator, highly organized and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills, creativity and a high level of responsibility
