About the role

  • Influencer Marketing Manager overseeing influencer marketing campaigns for Taynie, a sustainable period underwear startup. Responsible for campaign planning, influencer relationships, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning, execution and continuous development of our influencer marketing campaigns
  • Identifying, selecting and building long-term partnerships with suitable influencers & creators
  • Independently negotiating terms and managing contracts
  • Briefing, coordinating and supporting influencers throughout the entire campaign period
  • Analyzing, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, learnings)
  • Close collaboration with Social Media, Brand and Performance Marketing teams
  • Monitoring trends, platform updates and best practices in influencer marketing

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools and analytics tools
  • Strong sense for brands, target audiences and storytelling
  • Confident negotiator, highly organized and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity and a high level of responsibility
