Summer Intern in Influencer & Creator Marketing at e.l.f. Beauty supporting creator sourcing and influencer activations. Engaging with creators while gaining exposure to a fast-moving beauty brand environment.
Responsibilities
Support creator sourcing, PR list management, and influencer activations across campaigns, mailers, and events
Source, vet, and conduct outreach to new creators to help grow and diversify our PR lists
Curate tailored creator lists for PR mailers, events, and paid campaigns
Maintain an organized and up-to-date PR list, including conducting a summer audit to ensure accuracy and relevance of creator details
Coordinate in-office creator visits and partner cross-functionally with the Social team to support content creation
Pack and ship PR boxes to creators, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation
Provide on-site support for influencer events as needed, including logistics coordination
Work closely with Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ to track and report on campaign performance and results
Requirements
Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Must be available for the full internship period: June first - August 28th
Available for in-office work in Los Angeles at least three days per week, with flexibility based on team needs and event dates
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proficient in deck creation (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and list management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable)
Demonstrated interest in the creator economy through personal content creation, creator community engagement, or relevant coursework
Comfortable interacting with influencers and VIP talent in professional settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and personalization
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and strong cultural fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
