About the role

  • Workplace Experience Manager enhancing employee engagement and workplace operations for Taxfix Group. Shaping the experience across multiple locations and leading team events.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our employee experience initiatives across workplace, engagement, wellness, and community, creating experiences that help people connect, collaborate, and do their best work.
  • Lead day-to-day workplace operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, office services, and clear service standards that keep things running reliably and at a high bar.
  • Build scalable ways of working (templates, checklists, playbooks, self-service guides) that reduce friction, increase consistency, and make it easy for teams to get what they need.
  • Manage key onboarding and offboarding workplace touchpoints, including office introductions, welcome moments, equipment/access coordination with partners, and thoughtful “start and finish” experiences.
  • Plan and deliver company events and engagement moments (from all-hands to team events), balancing strong operational execution with a warm, hospitality-led approach.
  • Partner closely with People, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders to align on standards, policies, budgets, and continuous improvements — using feedback and data to prioritise what matters most.
  • Act as a culture ambassador in how you show up and lead: communicating clearly, and creating the conditions for teams to thrive together.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, events, or people engagement roles, with ownership over end-to-end operations or programmes.
  • You bring a strong service mindset and you care about details — without losing sight of what actually makes an experience great.
  • You’re highly organised and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with structure, clarity, and follow-through.
  • You think in scalable systems: you create processes, playbooks, and clear standards rather than relying on one-off heroics.
  • You’re comfortable using workplace technology (and AI tools) to streamline work, spot patterns, and improve efficiency and quality.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English and German, and you can adapt your style for different audiences and situations.
  • You bring cultural awareness and a genuine commitment to building an inclusive workplace where people can show up as themselves.

Benefits

  • A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
  • Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions and yoga.
  • A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
  • Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
  • 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
  • A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
  • Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
  • Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
  • Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
  • Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
