Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end user journey: from the first app touchpoint through personalized onboarding, intelligent product steering (self-employed or income tax filers), seamless registration & authentication, activation, and user management
Develop a deep understanding of user needs, ideal customer profiles, behavior, and friction points in the existing user experience through qualitative research (user interviews, analyzing user flows, etc.), data analytics, and experimentation
Translate user problems into clear hypotheses on how to grow user adoption and revenue, applying Behavioral Science principles such as nudging, choice architecture, and cognitive bias reduction
Develop and pre-validate solution options for driving Activation & Growth KPIs using synthetic research
Define clear Activation & Growth KPIs to guide prioritization and measure impact, then develop and execute a disciplined backlog of experiments leveraging AI to accelerate hypothesis generation, prototyping, and test design optimizing existing growth loops and deploying new ones
Own planning quality end-to-end: from rigorous impact assessment and prioritization to leveraging AI in the development process to ship predictably and with confidence
Lead your cross-functional team (Engineering, Design, Data) to run effective experiments, while building strong relationships with Marketing, leadership, and other product teams to create a shared understanding of growth levers, metrics, and learnings
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products
Proven track record of driving product-led growth for a high-scale consumer product with measurable growth impact, working with cross-functional teams
Applied knowledge of Behavioral Science including nudging, choice architecture, and cognitive bias reduction - to influence user behavior and improve activation
Strong qualitative research skills, including user interviewing and user flow analysis, combined with a data-driven, analytical mindset and deep user empathy to identify high-impact opportunities and drive KPI impact
Hands-on experience leveraging AI to develop hypotheses, run experiments, create prototypes, and pre-validate solution options
Experience with high-tempo experimentation and funnel optimization to improve existing and launch new growth loops
Structured approach to planning and prioritization, with the ability to develop rigorous impact assessments and deliver reliably
Demonstrated ability to collaborate efficiently with designers, engineers, marketers, and company leaders, creating alignment and driving decisions with an inclusive communication style and the ability to develop well-structured, data-informed narratives
High ownership mindset you drive problems to resolution without waiting to be directed
