About the role

  • Marketing Manager for Trauma Products at Johnson & Johnson enhancing patient health through innovative medical solutions. Overseeing business performance and clinical adoption in surgical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the business performance, clinical adoption and marketing development of your product portfolio throughout their lifecycle
  • Analyze the trauma market: volumes, procedures, evolution of surgical practices, patient pathways, clinical trends and competitive landscape
  • Define the marketing strategy and product launch plans for solutions
  • Be highly involved in the field and in the operating room to support sales teams and surgeons
  • Develop and manage a network of surgeon key opinion leaders (KOLs)

Requirements

  • Degree from a top business school or an engineering degree in Biological and Health Engineering (e.g., Polytech)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical devices, ideally in trauma, orthopedics or a surgical environment
  • Proven product marketing experience with strong field and clinical exposure
  • Solid understanding of the operating room environment and surgical practices
  • Ability to translate technical and clinical data into impactful marketing messages
  • Fluent in French and English – national mobility (~30%)
