About the role

  • Senior Program Manager for Target's Workforce Management team enhancing guest experiences and workforce efficiency. Collaborates with leaders and teams to implement WFM strategies and overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Support Food Distribution Centers for WFM inclusive of forecasting, scheduling, and operating model capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal GSCL team and supporting partners in order to coordinate, organize, and lead WFM dependencies
  • Anticipate dependencies and future areas of conflict that may arise during large scale implementations
  • Proactively remediate the impact

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a Food Distribution Center or within Food Supply Chain
  • Experience with organizational models and/or workforce management solutions
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to think in terms of future state, challenge the status quo, and identify path from current state to future state
  • Highly flexible and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional partnership and alignment from multiple business teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; Navigates executive conversations and interactions with clarity and impact
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
