  • Assistant Store Manager leading a team in Edinburgh to maximize store productivity for luxury brand Coach. Focused on staff development, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Coach Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize store productivity and profitability through teambuilding and staff development
  • Lead by example and set the tone on the sales floor
  • Provide feedback to the store team to exceed Coach Service standards
  • Take ownership and accountability for store operations
  • Solve customer problems and meet their needs
  • Motivate team to achieve performance standards
  • Communicate effectively with store manager and corporate partners

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management
  • Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and Public holidays
