Senior Technical Analyst implementing Retail technology applications at Tapestry. Supporting the EU Retail and Omni Channel application environment with a focus on collaboration and performance management.
Responsibilities
Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to implement and support technology applications
Develop, configure and support the end-to-end EU Retail and Omni Channel application environment
Configure, maintain, upgrade and control existing systems and applications
Collaborate with outsourced vendors and IT Local and Global Technology Teams
Assist in management of day-to-day operation of multiple Vendors
Ensure that application deployment projects are effectively supported
Review and analyze existing application performance
Monitor and guide 2nd Level vendor partners
Participate in Major Incident calls and manage incidents
Work closely with Store opening coordinators for smooth store openings
Manage inventory assets assigned to stores and depots.
Requirements
Education – University Degree or equivalent
Fluent written and spoken English
In-depth experience and an interest in understanding Retail Business process
Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in Retail
Demonstrable knowledge of Retail POS Systems ideally Oracle (X-Store), APTOS and IBM OMS / Sterling
In-depth knowledge of payment systems e.g. ADYEN / SVS / ValueLink
In-depth experience and a willingness to further learn SQL, XML and database management
Ability to travel occasionally to EU and farther afield (US / Asia)
