About the role

  • Prepare and analyze managerial cost statements;
  • Execute 5W2H cost actions according to agreed deadlines and priorities;
  • Analyze profitability across financial dimensions;
  • Analyze productivity in the product manufacturing process;
  • Provide technical and operational support to interested areas/stakeholders;
  • Audit the preparation of sales, cost and expense budgets;
  • Prepare the monthly cost accounting close;
  • Comply with POs and PRs and other requirements of the quality management system (quality policy and objectives, risks and opportunities, etc.) while performing tasks;
  • Maintain positive relationships and appropriate conduct with the internal team, clients and third parties, following TMSA's Code of Conduct guidelines.

  • General and managerial accounting;
  • Price formation;
  • Cost operations;
  • Tax and fiscal legislation;
  • ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Industrial processes and fiscal, accounting, cost and financial procedures;
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
