About the role

Responsibilities

- Structuring, prioritizing and managing strategic projects
- Preparing decision papers, presentations and reports for the executive team and management
- Acting as the interface to internal departments as well as external partners, consultants and regulatory authorities
- Analyzing business models, KPIs and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Supporting investor relations, partner management and internal communications
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business, management or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a consulting firm or in a strategic role with close proximity to senior management
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and a high level of execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — from team members to executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- High self-motivation, resilience and enjoyment in taking responsibility in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the financial industry and basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies or digital assets
