About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager focusing on Talent Garden’s educational and innovation offerings. Connecting Product, Market, and Community to drive commercial impact and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product positioning and strategic narratives across the portfolio, strengthening Talent Garden’s thought leadership
  • Translate access to CTOs, founders, and innovators into high-impact editorial assets and original formats (audio, video, live)
  • Lead AI-driven market analysis and product discovery to validate new opportunities before launch and ensure product–market fit
  • Use advanced AI tools to analyze trends, competitors, and qualitative insights, accelerating decision-making on portfolio inclusion
  • Design and support campus-based formats and experiences that integrate learning products with physical spaces
  • Leverage offline experiences as drivers for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Build and execute customer lifecycle strategies aimed at increasing Lifetime Value (LTV) and long-term engagement
  • Activate alumni as recurring customers and active members of the Talent Garden ecosystem
  • Orchestrate go-to-market strategies for new launches and corporate special projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Tech) to deliver clear, compelling, and commercially effective value propositions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital Agencies
  • Strong proficiency in using AI not only for content creation, but as a research assistant to validate, analyze, and rapidly synthesize market insights
  • Combine analytical and creative thinking, feeling equally comfortable working with data to validate markets and opportunities, and with storytelling to build compelling product and brand narratives
  • Are execution-oriented, able to translate strategic vision into operational delivery, manage budgets, and measure ROI
  • Show solid stakeholder management skills, aligning and guiding cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared objectives
  • Are fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spoken.
