Experience of working in a MNC Bank/Financial Services organisation in backend/operational processes
Precision in undertaking critical administrative activities and ensuring all information is accurate and aligned with standard operating procedures at all times
Leading the training and learning agenda for colleagues
Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards of work for self and the team
Preparing reports, presentations, and leadership dashboards to depict performance and improvement initiatives to management & stakeholders
Experience in Workflow Management
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices & trends in operations management
Understand the importance of risk and control
Ability to prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and teams
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, in particular corporate or investment banking products
