Responsibilities
- Drive business operations acceleration of Ledge as it rapidly grows and scales
- Build, implement, and facilitate customized Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP+) processes
- Maintain planning models and parameters within ERP system (NetSuite) and planning software (Singuli)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment of plans
- Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and historical data to create accurate sales forecasts
- Monitor and report on performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs) for S&OP processes
- Proactive risk management to identify potential disruptions to the supply chain
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of industry, CPG, or other relevant business experience
- Proven analytical skills, ability to create compelling fact-based presentations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action, adjust to change and persuade at all levels
- Planning system experience is required, experience with Singuli is a desired
