Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related areas
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and servant leadership
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
- Experience with software development teams, minimum 6 months.
