- Payroll / HR Specialist responsible for payroll processing and HR projects in a family-owned business. Analyzing data with MS Excel and providing best practice HR consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Consolidation of data and preparation of insightful reports and statistical analyses
- Handling complex tasks as well as analyzing and automating data using MS Excel
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing
- Supporting cross-functional HR projects, including advising on best practices
- Assisting with employee surveys (data preparation, analysis and reporting)
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll and HR systems
- Solid knowledge of tax, social security and collective bargaining law
- Strong English skills (preferred)
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
