About the role

  • Consolidation of data and preparation of insightful reports and statistical analyses
  • Handling complex tasks as well as analyzing and automating data using MS Excel
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing
  • Supporting cross-functional HR projects, including advising on best practices
  • Assisting with employee surveys (data preparation, analysis and reporting)

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and HR systems
  • Solid knowledge of tax, social security and collective bargaining law
  • Strong English skills (preferred)
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
