About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prepare detailed scope documents
- Lead meetings with internal and external teams to align on business needs and priorities
- Manage and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Propose new product features, improvements, and updates to enhance user experience and business value
- Assist product management with product planning and roadmap decisions through requirement analysis
- Ensure all requirements are validated and meet client expectations and quality standards
- Manage requirement changes effectively through established change control processes
- Work closely with development teams to balance functionality, quality, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with technical writers to ensure complete and accurate product documentation
- Participate in validating UAT cases to confirm alignment with expected product features
- Support continuous improvement of product features, user experience, and product usage following SDLC and DevOps best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development
- Strong understanding of software development and architecture concepts
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and SDLC management using JIRA
- Hands-on experience with ERP, orders, or workforce management systems
- Good knowledge of cloud-based and microservices-oriented applications
- Familiarity with DevOps standards and processes for web and mobile apps
- Proficiency in process design and mapping tools such as Draw.io, UML, and Visio
- Expertise in writing Epics, user stories, and feature specifications for development teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
