Responsibilities
Support the full partner lifecycle, from initial identification and lead qualification to onboarding, offboarding, and managing at-risk accounts.
Help design and optimize operational workflows and cadences for the Sales and Account Management teams, including pipeline management, Deal Desk, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Aid in developing and managing operational processes for commercial growth, such as renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and partner expansion.
Act as the business owner for key go-to-market and partner success systems (e.g., CRM).
Champion and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with internal teams to define data requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports focused on key GTM metrics, including lead conversion, pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention rates, and revenue growth.
Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership across the entire partner lifecycle.
Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales and Account Management teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an operations, finance, or data analysis role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
Strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, GBQ, G-Sheets/Excel, and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
