About the role

  • Legal role at Tahto focusing on drafting and reviewing contracts. Collaborating with commercial and procurement teams on legal compliance and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and analyze contracts and related addenda entered into by the company, assessing clauses from a corporate perspective, including risks, obligations and legal guarantees.
  • Support the commercial and procurement teams in evaluating proposals and structuring contracts, working collaboratively throughout the negotiation process.
  • Provide preventive legal support to internal areas through handling inquiries, preparing legal opinions and offering technical guidance.
  • Monitor and interpret legislative changes relevant to the company’s activities, especially in Commercial, Corporate, Civil, Economic, Tax and Criminal Law, evaluating impacts and risks.
  • Contribute to the review and update of contract templates, as well as to the standardization of clauses and best practices.
  • Work in an integrated manner with other company areas to ensure proper formalization and execution of contracts.
  • Perform other duties related to the role, in accordance with your education, experience and guidance from leadership.

Requirements

  • Education compatible with the position sought. (See “Annex I - Career Handbook” in the Remuneration policy)
  • Not currently participating in another selection process.
  • For Group A: not having declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
  • Not having been disqualified for the same position in the last 30 days.
  • Meet the minimum required time in the role and since hire, in accordance with the Remuneration Policy.
  • For operational roles: no disciplinary actions (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months and be within the Diamond, Gold or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
  • For management roles: no suspension in the last year.
