About the role

• Legal consultant responsible for drafting and analyzing contracts while ensuring legal compliance. Collaboration with commercial and supply areas at a tech-driven customer service company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and analyze contracts and their respective amendments executed by the company, assessing clauses from a business perspective, including legal risks, obligations and guarantees.
• Support the commercial and procurement teams in proposal analysis and contract structuring, collaborating throughout the negotiation process.
• Provide preventive legal support to internal departments by responding to inquiries, preparing legal opinions and providing technical guidance.
• Monitor and interpret legislative changes relevant to the company's activities, especially in Commercial, Corporate, Civil, Economic/Antitrust, Tax and Criminal Law, assessing impacts and risks.
• Contribute to the review and update of contract templates, as well as to the standardization of clauses and best practices.
• Work closely with other areas of the company to ensure proper formalization and execution of contracts.
• Perform other duties related to the role in accordance with education, experience and leadership guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) completed, preferably with specialization in Contract Law and/or Corporate Law.
• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical ability, with skill to identify risks and propose appropriate legal solutions.
• Ability to mediate conflicts and support contractual negotiations.
• Capacity to operate in a dynamic environment, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Organization and planning skills.
• Clear and objective communication.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
