About the role

  • Program Manager at T2S Solutions responsible for managing and coordinating projects and business development activities. Overseeing project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Ensure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders; This may involve setting the goals yourself and obtaining buy in from stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and partners
  • Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives
  • Report on program progress to stakeholders
  • Manage program budgets and resources
  • Manage subcontractors, which includes statement of work creation and ensuring subcontract is being executed per the SOW
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures
  • Ensure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standards
  • Ensure all program deliverables/ Contract Deliverable Requirements (CDRLs) are delivered on time

Requirements

  • Active DoD security clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management or related field
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of program management principles and practices
  • Experience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously
  • Strong technical and business acumen
  • Experience managing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Time & Material (T&M) contracts ability to create project schedules to monitor program execution and to brief stakeholders
  • Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Prior military experience, especially Navy or Airforce
