About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing launch and management of programs for military electronics. Engaging with stakeholders and compliance with cost and schedule requirements to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for launching new programs and managing existing programs
  • Coordinate engineering and process changes
  • Interface with functional departments and stakeholders for program success
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding status and problem resolution
  • Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in military electronics and/or electrical component engineering design, development and manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing programs for military and aerospace customers
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to provide documentation upon hire.
