- Project Manager overseeing end-to-end delivery of SaaS and digital transformation projects for Arcsen. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and external partners.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking (Agile/Hybrid).
- Facilitate requirement workshops and ensure proper documentation and alignment.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide structured status reporting.
- Support governance processes and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
- Ensure UAT readiness, training coordination, and go-live planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Project Management within IT, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting or leading CRM, ERP, cloud, or customer-facing platform implementations
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Solid knowledge of system integrations and cloud-based solutions
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
