About the role

• Senior UI Designer creating and evolving digital interfaces for a tech company in Brazil. Collaborating with teams on design solutions and maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create digital interfaces for web and mobile with a focus on visual quality, clarity, and consistency;
• Develop medium- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma;
• Use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate and optimize the delivery process (e.g., Claude Code, Figma Make, Lovable, etc.);
• Apply and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency across different products and flows;
• Define visual standards, components, and interface best practices;
• Support the design team in building and visually refining digital solutions;
• Collaborate with Product Designers to transform flows into final interfaces;
• Ensure visual quality and consistency of design deliverables;
• Work in partnership with the development team to ensure effective implementation of interfaces;
• Present visual solutions and design decisions to the squad or stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, designing interfaces for digital products;
• Strong command of Interface Design for web and mobile;
• Experience creating, maintaining, or using Design Systems;
• Demonstrated experience using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the design process to accelerate and optimize delivery (e.g., Claude Code, Figma Make, Lovable, etc.);
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping);
• Solid knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, grid systems, and layout composition;
• Understanding of accessibility as applied to digital interfaces;
• Experience with handoff to development and collaboration with technical teams;
• Ability to transform wireframes and flows into consistent visual interfaces;
• Basic knowledge of research and interface validation methods, such as benchmarking, usability testing, and A/B testing;
• Clear and effective communication skills;
• Organized, able to manage multiple demands and deadlines;
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality;
• Collaborative working style with designers, developers, and stakeholders;
• Proactive in seeking information and proposing improvements;
• Flexible to operate in different design contexts and processes;
