About the role

• Product Designer developing digital interfaces and solutions at Grupo SysMap. Collaborating with teams in various sectors to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Insurance team;
• Align and manage the differing interests of stakeholders;
• Optimize a strategic product, ensuring its standardization for implementation;
• Develop functional and visual solutions aligned with users' needs;
• Consider technical requirements in product design;
• Analyze data and apply design best practices to inform decisions;
• Contribute to business returns through metrics-driven design.

Requirements

• Strong command of Discovery for digital products (examples: heuristic analysis, benchmarking, usability testing, in-depth interviews);
• Experience with Service Design to map pain points and opportunities across service journeys;
• Cross-functional alignment with various teams to ensure strategy aligns with product and company goals;
• Facilitation of group workshops and activities;
• Mapping of flows and user journeys;
• Proven experience as a Product Designer designing interfaces for digital products;
• Familiarity with the end-to-end design process (discovery through delivery);
• Knowledge of UX Writing best practices;
• Ability to share and disseminate design knowledge with stakeholders;
• Knowledge of accessibility for digital products;
• Understanding of digital product metrics;
• Experience with Design Systems;
• Advanced Figma skills for prototyping;
• Clear and concise communication;
• Enjoy knowledge sharing with the team to support collective growth;
• Collaborative work with other teams and departments;
• Proactively seek information independently (with guidance from leadership when needed);
• Understand that it is not always possible to apply the ideal design process;
