Partner Sales Engineer guiding partners' technical and sales teams in adopting the Sysdig Platform. Conducting demonstrations, driving discovery discussions, and ensuring customer onboarding and success.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering you will work with our Partners' technical and sales teams to guide the adoption of the Sysdig Platform
You will conduct virtual and live product demonstrations and help partners with building out lab environments and test scenarios
You will drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needs
You will deliver world class product demonstrations and assist customers and partners with POV's to drive successful outcomes
You will ensure customers successfully onboard to the Sysdig platform and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure adoption and value realization
You will create and submit talks in the greater cyber security and devops ecosystem to showcase and evangelize Sysdig capabilities and developments while supporting Partners to do Sysdig related talks in their own community.
Requirements
5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer
Understanding of the technical sales process
Experience with Cloud and related technologies
A history of success working directly with end-users
Experience balancing multiple customers and partners while achieving positive outcomes
Virtualization, containerisation (Kubernetes) and microservices experience
Certifications such as CISSP, CKA, CKS, AWS, Google or Azure
SAAS experience across multiple clouds
Familiarity with CSPM, Container and Cloud security, IAC
Experience presenting at industry events and meetups
