About the role

  • Senior Manager of Sales Compensation overseeing performance management processes for Field Sales and National Sales. Collaborating with corporate and field teams to drive effectiveness in sales compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting all aspects of sales compensation for the Field Sales and National Sales roles within corporate and field teams
  • Work under the leadership of the Sales Compensation Lead to operationalize all processes and tools required to track and manage sales compensation programs
  • Support the execution of all field sales compensation changes
  • Participate in the review of business processes to ensure effectiveness and ability to deliver desired results
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to design and implement metrics, routines, and supporting tools

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years working in foodservice distribution required, with demonstrated understanding in the areas of sales compensation, finance, sales, and field execution
  • Experience in sales operations initiatives and deployments
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Methodical and organized
  • Program/Project Management
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
