Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting all aspects of sales compensation for the Field Sales and National Sales roles within corporate and field teams
Work under the leadership of the Sales Compensation Lead to operationalize all processes and tools required to track and manage sales compensation programs
Support the execution of all field sales compensation changes
Participate in the review of business processes to ensure effectiveness and ability to deliver desired results
Work alongside key stakeholders to design and implement metrics, routines, and supporting tools
Requirements
High School Diploma
4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years working in foodservice distribution required, with demonstrated understanding in the areas of sales compensation, finance, sales, and field execution
Experience in sales operations initiatives and deployments
Critical thinking and problem solving
Qualitative and quantitative analysis
Methodical and organized
Program/Project Management
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
