About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for driving digital transformation for gastronomy through established client relationships. Engaging in customer acquisition and portfolio expansion in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our existing customers 🀝 – You will take over high-quality leads and established clients directly, without having to start with cold calling β†’ quick wins guaranteed
  • Acquire new customers & accounts – Actively expand your portfolio
  • Documentation & proposal management πŸ“Š – Use our modern cloud ERP (Odoo) to professionally manage your sales opportunities, always supported by our office team
  • Build and maintain networks 🌐 – You will be integrated into our existing partner network in the gastronomy sector and will continue to develop it
  • Team collaboration πŸ‘₯ – Close cooperation with your colleagues in the 20-person sales department provides input, security and many learning opportunities
  • Intensive onboarding πŸš€ – Learn from experienced senior salespeople, join customer visits and use our e‑learning platform to quickly become ready for your own projects
  • Drive digitalization πŸ’‘ – Support your customers in their digital transformation and show them smart solutions and options
  • Variety guaranteed πŸ”„ – Whether online or on-site: you present our products where they have the greatest impact

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or sales-related training – or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial work experience in sales (approx. 2 years) desirable
  • Communicative & persuasive – you can engage and inspire people
  • Goal-oriented, motivated & friendly – with a positive presence and enthusiasm for success
  • Open-minded & willing to learn – you take initiative and act proactively
  • Confident written and verbal communication ✍️
  • Ideally experience in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Teams
