About the role
- Medical & Regulatory Strategy Manager supporting pharmaceutical strategies in Germany. Coordinating projects and managing stakeholder relationships in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic support to the Associate Vice President (VP) Medical & Regulatory (M&R) Germany
- Serves as a sparring partner for the Associate VP in implementing and adapting global strategies
- Manages external (including Key Opinion Leaders - KOLs) and internal stakeholders
- Coordinates and evaluates strategic projects and initiatives for M&R
- Ensures coordination, implementation and communication of M&R-relevant objectives and processes
- Plans, prepares and monitors the M&R budget
- Acts as the department’s central point of contact for communications and other relevant matters
- Plans and implements digital solutions to optimize information transfer within M&R
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science and/or business discipline or equivalent qualification (PhD preferred)
- Professional experience in a comparable role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an international corporate environment
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong project management skills and excellent media/digital competency
- Understanding of the German pharmaceutical market and the legal/regulatory framework in Germany’s pharma environment
- Fluent German and English
