About the role

  • Compliance Assistant supporting financial regulations and internal controls at Genial Investimentos. Engaging with regulatory agencies and maintaining internal compliance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to regulatory and self-regulatory bodies, and to internal and external audits;
  • Maintain and enhance the internal controls of the compliance team at the fund administrator of Grupo Genial;
  • Monitor regulations from BACEN, CVM, B3 and ANBIMA;
  • Conduct background checks and Know Your Client (KYC) analyses;
  • Assist in the Due Diligence process for service providers;
  • Provide support in drafting and reviewing corporate policies and manuals.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or currently studying in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields;
  • Interest in Compliance within the financial market, with a focus on investment funds;
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or other process optimization and automation tools (desired).
