About the role

  • Vice President in a B2B role for Synchrony, focusing on leading digital products in finance. Overseeing Agile processes and cross-functional team collaboration for product development.

Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for Agile Release Train leadership duties
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a team of skilled Product Owners
  • Partner with the Product Management team to implement new features
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure active JIRA management
  • Lead Scaled Agile ceremonies and co-lead PI planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of degree, a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of Agile work experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience
  • Proven experience with direct people manager leadership models
  • Experience with Agile software development framework
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
