Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day creative production tasks, including asset resizing, adaptation, and updates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive the team to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Associate Creative Directors (ACDs) and production coordinators to clarify project direction, acting as the creative quality assurance and ensuring effective translation of design intent.
- Identify skill gaps within the team, provide targeted training, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing to enhance overall team capability.
- Track and analyze key production metrics to monitor team productivity and quality, regularly reporting trends and insights to leadership to inform success measures and continuous improvement.
- Support seamless communication and coordination across creative leaders and project management to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and resource allocation.
- Work collaboratively with the production coordinator to manage project intake, task assignments, milestone tracking, and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
- Serve as the go-to senior creative resource for resolving cross-functional design challenges and making informed decisions that support broader team objectives.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and a minimum 8+ years of professional experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project coordination within an agency, marketing department, or related environment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project coordination within an agency, marketing department, or related environment.
- 2+ years of proven leadership in managing creative teams and complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience executing and overseeing lower-tier creative production tasks and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
