About the role

  • Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing Lead managing cardholder engagement for Ashley Furniture. Defining customer journey and executing lifecycle initiatives for improved portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own overall lifecycle strategy for Ashley cardholders
  • Define key lifecycle touchpoints and campaign architecture
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle and loyalty campaigns
  • Serve as loyalty and rewards thought leader for Ashley program
  • Lead competitive and industry reviews of retail rewards and loyalty programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent
  • 7 years of progressive experience in a marketing or customer analytics role at financial services organization
  • 3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience
  • Ability to travel as needed; ~15%
  • Strong analytical orientation
  • Proven ability to conduct competitive intelligence
  • Experience with loyalty platforms, CRM, and/or marketing automation tools
