About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Cairo. Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various recruiting events with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Develop and oversee the new hire onboarding and off-boarding process.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • A positive, “can do” attitude.
