About the role

  • Lead the customer service, billing and accounting teams for network operations, driving process optimization and transformation projects. Responsible for budgeting, results and coordination with the network company; experience with kVASy is required.

Responsibilities

  • You lead your team in line with our corporate values, develop employees through targeted coaching, and ensure a motivating, appreciative working environment
  • You continuously develop and optimize your department’s business processes — with a focus on efficiency, quality and long-term viability
  • You proactively drive department-specific transformation projects, contributing your strategic thinking and change-management skills
  • You are responsible for the smooth coordination of customer service for network billing, the network accounts receivable, billing and market communication in the network system (currently kVASy), as well as the processes for feed‑in, new connections and modifications
  • Together with the network company, you strategically steer the service portfolio and, if required, also assume operational responsibility
  • Your responsibilities also include budget planning, accountability for results, and ensuring economical service delivery.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, business informatics/(computer) science, energy management, or a comparable field
  • Alternatively, you can demonstrate an equivalent qualification and several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role within the energy sector
  • Your professional experience covers customer service, billing and accounting in the network area — in particular with the kVASy system
  • You have substantial leadership experience characterized by a cooperative and appreciative management style
  • With your facilitation and coaching skills, you are able to constructively resolve professional, methodological and technical issues
  • Analytical thinking, a process‑oriented approach and a proactive mindset are among your strengths
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a sense of responsibility also characterize you, along with a drive to shape things and assertiveness.
