  • Customer Service Representative at Stockman Bank supporting account services and fulfilling customer requests. Requires strong communication skills and customer service orientation in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and market a variety of financial products and services to new and existing retail and commercial customers
  • Conduct relationships in a manner that enhances the professional, community-focused, and overall marketing effort of the Bank
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of deposit, loan, and other products and services offered by Stockman Bank
  • Attend training sessions to stay current on new and existing procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs
  • Minimum 1-year previous work experience in banking or customer service (preferred)
  • Previous work experience using Fiserv’s Navigator programs (preferred)
