About the role
- Team Leader Finance overseeing daily liquidity and payment operations at Stadtwerke Potsdam, managing bank communications and contributing to financial project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of liquidity and preparation of monthly and annual liquidity forecasts.
- Liaison with house banks and coordination of financing.
- Preparation of loan tenders, monitoring and booking of interest and repayment schedules.
- Support for the annual financial statements of Stadtwerke Potsdam GmbH and its subsidiaries.
- Authorizing payments and managing online payment transactions.
- Professional oversight of team members, fostering skill development and actively shaping collaboration.
- Point of contact and project lead for the implementation of IT applications (S/4HANA, LucaNet) within Treasury.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in finance, particularly in payments, financing and liquidity management.
- Some management experience is desirable.
- Proficient use of SAP R/3 and the MS Office suite — particularly Excel.
- Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Independent, quality-conscious working style with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Confident, committed presence and a strong team orientation.
