About the role

• Project Manager overseeing complex OT & IT projects at Sword, driving operational efficiency and successful outcomes in regulated industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage complex OT & IT projects, drive operational efficiency and deliver successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
• Manage the day to day activities of project team, ensuring project teams stay on task and on schedule
• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes
• Threat analysis/threat modelling and vulnerabilities management

Requirements

• Bring a combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, industry specific experience and strong leadership skills
• Strong understanding of OT & IT systems
• Understanding of PowerOn ADMS (desirable)
• Proven experience in integrating OT solutions with IT systems ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with OT cyber security standards and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategics to protect industrial networks
• Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and budget management
• Proven track record of effectively communicating with and managing stakegolders, including clients, vendors and internal teams
• Ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Experience in implementing quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet or exceed industry standards
• Experience in regulated industries such as energy, utilities where OT is pivotal to operations Control implementation, monitoring, testing attestation per frameworks
• Threat analysis/threat modelling and vulnerabilities management
