Responsibilities
- Provide the expertise of a seasoned Aviation Technical Expert to all conventional aspects of functional areas of airports
- Interface with clients and regulatory agencies with little to no oversight
- Assist clients in the development and execution of airport capital improvement program projects
- Perform airfield or landside project design oversight
- Review sketches and design concepts developed by engineers
- Analyze technical problems and devise new approaches and alternative solutions
- Analyze project scope and prepare cost and manpower estimates
- Coordinate work with lead technical engineers and mentor junior professionals
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- Eight (8) years of relevant aviation related civil engineering or project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required
- A knowledge of or experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
- Proven technical writing and communication skills
- P.E. license required
