About the role
- Project Manager overseeing transformation initiatives at Collinson, engaging with various stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning and dependencies – work with workstream leads to build a project plan outlining key activities and milestones whilst also identifying and tracking the key internal / external dependencies
- Resourcing – work with workstream leads to understand resource requirements ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of demand for each of their teams
- Delivery – monitor individual workstream performance against the plan, challenge slippage and help define and implement mitigations
- Risk and issue management – review the risks and issues experienced by the workstream leads and escalate as needed
- Governance – facilitate relevant governance forums and the distribution and closure of relevant actions and decisions
- Stakeholder management – Establish strong working relationships with different stakeholder groups
- Team leadership – oversee the work of the Workstream Leads
- Reporting – collate reports from Workstream Leads to build a view of programme progress
- PM community – be an active member of the PM Community
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager (3-5 years)
- Previous experience of managing projects within: (technology/finance/legal/operations/HR/marketing) organisations
- Previous experience of working successfully with Change Managers
- Previous experience of delivering both standalone projects and projects that form part of a wider programme
- External certifications in Project Management desirable but not essential (e.g. Prince2 or APM)
- Experience and understanding of Lean Six Sigma is desirable but not essential
