Requirements
- Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and firewall platforms using CCNP‑level expertise
- Implement, tune, and support Palo Alto Networks security technologies (e.g., NGFW, Panorama, security policies, threat prevention)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, ensuring stability, resilience, and adherence to operational SLAs
- Contribute to the design and improvement of network solutions, following established architecture patterns and governance frameworks
- Perform proactive monitoring, capacity analysis, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure optimal network performance and availability
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration baselines
- Support change management processes by preparing, testing, and executing network changes in controlled environments
