By applying CCNP‑level technical competence and Palo Alto platform expertise, the role directly contributes to service reliability, security posture, and operational resilience.
Effective execution in this role reduces downtime, enables secure connectivity, supports business‑critical applications, and enhances the overall user experience across the organisation.
Requirements
Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and firewall platforms using CCNP‑level expertise
Implement, tune, and support Palo Alto Networks security technologies (e.g., NGFW, Panorama, security policies, threat prevention)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, ensuring stability, resilience, and adherence to operational SLAs
Contribute to the design and improvement of network solutions, following established architecture patterns and governance frameworks
Perform proactive monitoring, capacity analysis, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure optimal network performance and availability
Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration baselines
Support change management processes by preparing, testing, and executing network changes in controlled environments
